Matt got us in to see homes the day that they were listed and on the off chance that he wasn’t available, he was able to find an associate who could. When we did find our new home, he got the offer out promptly and corresponded with us well into the night as there was some back-and-forth with the seller. Matt was able to explain the different types of contingencies and show us how to ensure that we had the strongest offer. Once our offer was accepted, we needed a lawyer, a mortgage broker, etc. and everybody that we came into contact with was great. Matt’s exhaustive list of resources was also a life saver during inspections. He always had somebody that he could call when something came up. We had problems that came up during the inspection that were resolved DURING the inspection. Matt also has a true understanding of the areas that he works within. He was able to offer recommendations on everything from local breweries and shopping to garbage pickup. If you are looking to buy a home in the CT area, I really don’t think that you can go wrong by working with Matt Rose. He made the process, quick, easy and fun. I can honestly say that we enjoyed the process of home buying, and we are under no illusion that our experience would have been very different if we had not chosen to work with Matt!

She is always available, she listens to what you're looking for, and she goes above and beyond to make sure that her customers are happy. Rachel was incredibly patient with us, as it took many viewings for us to find a home that we were happy with. Her support, guidance, and knowledge was beyond valuable, as it was the first time my husband and I purchased a home. She walked us through all of the various steps, and even helped field questions on steps that were beyond the scope of a REALTOR. Buying a house is fun, but can also really be stressful at times. Rachel has the knowledge experience and attitude to enjoy the fun times with you, and also keep you sane during the stressful parts. She and her partner Matt (also great) were extremely helpful navigating negotiations with the seller throughout the process. On closing day there were several major issues that arouse during the walkthrough because of the previous owner. Rachel and Matt handled them without batting an eye, and worked with our attorney to get us exactly what we wanted. We closed that day as scheduled, and we are so happy to be in our home! We don't plan on buying another house anytime soon, which is a little bit of a let down, because I really did enjoy the whole process!
